Design, Planning and Presentation
- Read, evaluate and interpret designer and architect conceptual design.
- Translate and convert architect's and engineer's hand sketches and drawings into CAD.
- Redesign drawings according to mark-ups and specification.
- Work as liaison of project manager, architect and designer in creating graphical design presentation and layout of the project.
- Create and visualize project design into 3D drawings.
Client Relationship/Partnerships
- Develop good communication with clients, engineers and contractors.
- Generate most effective design base on client's requirements and information with professional suggestions from the project manager, architect and engineer.
- Develop professional internal and external relationships in meeting company's core value and expectation.
- Prepare project documents and update all drawings in coordination and collaboration with the engineering consultants.
Project Management
- Conduct extensive fieldwork and research on the require project technical data.
- Establish and maintain strong relationship and communication within project team members.
- Enhance project management information system including office standard templates and incorporate to the company organizational process assets.
Product Knowledge/Technical
- In-depth knowledge on architectural drawing standards, building envelope and principles.
- Proven ability to understand the qualities and type of metals, plastics, wood and other building materials and their corresponding specifications as well manufacturing processes and construction standard method.
- Address and resolve technical architectural issues in timely manner.
- Propose alternative solution to improve product performance and their functionality in relation to quality standard compliance.
Cad Drafting and Manual Drafting
- Create drawings and freehand sketches from written and verbal specifications obtained from architect, designer and engineer.
- Work with the architect, designer and engineer regarding model accuracy, design, drafting standards and drawing documentations.
- Work closely with the architect, designer, engineer and team member to ensure proper coordination of the design are accurate and maintained to meet company's level of standards.
- Review, examine and check architectural drawings for completeness, accuracy and compliance with cited specifications.
- Update and maintain all revision of project drawings and drafting logs.
- Prepare architectural documents and develop 3D model by analyzing 2d drawings prototypes for customer submittal.
- Participate in project meetings, fieldwork inspection and conference calls as required.
